Purpose

Welcome to the Life on Mission devotional. 
We can often get overwhelmed with the demands of life and chaos of our world.  We quickly forget that God has a mission for us while on earth.  There are amazing things for you to see, do and accomplish and God empowers you to do all of them.  This devotional is meant to get your life out of a rut and onto God’s mission for your life.  Every third day there will be a “mission” for you to apply to your life.
We’re God’s people, on a mission, to reflect his goodness to the entire world. Let’s do this!

What is one part of your “ordinary” day that could become an opportunity for God to use you? The disciples were socially insignificant—ordinary guys who would fail and disappoint Jesus—but their role was crucial to the success of His mission. Read stories of God using ordinary people in extraordinary ways as a testimony of His grace and power. Be encouraged to allow this grace and power to be evident in the ordinary and mundane events of life.
