Chantez au SEIGNEUR un chant nouveau, car il a fait des choses magnifiques. Par sa force et sa puissance sainte, il a remporté la victoire. À tous les peuples, le SEIGNEUR a montré qu’il nous sauvait, il a fait connaître sa justice. Il s’est souvenu de son amour et de sa fidélité pour le peuple d’Israël. Jusqu’au bout du monde, tous ont pu voir que Dieu nous a sauvés. Criez de joie pour le SEIGNEUR, tous les habitants du monde, poussez des cris de joie et chantez ! Jouez pour le SEIGNEUR sur la harpe, sur la harpe, au son des instruments ! Sonnez de la trompette et du cor, criez de joie devant le SEIGNEUR notre Roi ! Que la mer rugisse avec tout ce qu’elle contient, que le monde rugisse avec ses habitants ! Que les fleuves battent des mains, que les montagnes crient de joie devant le SEIGNEUR, car il vient ! Oui, il vient pour juger la terre. Il jugera le monde avec justice, sans faire de différence entre les peuples.

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations. He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music; make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing, with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn— shout for joy before the LORD, the King. Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.

Célébrez l’Eternel ╵avec la lyre, oui, au son de la lyre, ╵et par vos chants ! Au son de la trompette ╵et aux accents du cor, éclatez en acclamations ╵en présence de l’Eternel, le Roi ! Que la mer retentisse ╵et tout ce qui la peuple ! Que l’univers résonne ╵avec ses habitants ! Que les rivières ╵battent des mains, que les montagnes, ╵à l’unisson, ╵chantent de joie, aux yeux de l’Eternel, ╵car il vient gouverner la terre ! Oui, il gouvernera le monde ╵selon ce qui est juste, et il gouvernera les peuples ╵selon ce qui est droit.
