But it shall not be so among you. Instead, whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave, just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

So the last will be first, and the first will be last. For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.
