Hark! The Herald Angels Sing

In Jesus, we see God. In Jesus, we gain an image of the Father's greatness. In Jesus, we see nothing that can stand against His incredible power. We consider the birth of the baby, so helpless, yet the one in whom the fullness of God dwelt. This was the One, the great Messiah. The King of the Ages. The One who was there at the beginning, through whom and for whom all things were created.

The manger of Bethlehem; the throne of heaven. The sheep scattered in the fields; the nations thronging before Him. The tiny body of the baby, the majestic Bride, the Body of Christ. In Jesus, we see the wonder and awe of God's plan. Through one baby, one man, one life, we receive life eternal. Praise be to God for His wondrous deeds, reconciling all things to Himself. We thank God for the coming of our Saviour.
