Three-in-One: The Relational God

DAY 4 OF 30

God the Father (3)

Worthy of Praise

How can someone possibly describe the infinite, all-knowing, transcendent God?

How can someone possibly put into words his majesty, power, and glory?

How can someone possibly speak of his immeasurable love and faithfulness?

Sometimes only songs or poems can do the job.

The collection of ancient songs in the Bible, the book of Psalms, is focused on one thing: Yahweh, the one true God, who is worthy of all our praise.

Let all that I am praise the LORD. With my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. (Psalm 103:1)

Reflect

  • How do you praise and worship the Lord when alone? with others?
  • How have you experienced God’s love, forgiveness, and tender compassion?

About this Plan

Three-in-One: The Relational God

Read what the Bible says about our triune God (God the Father, God the Son, God the Spirit) and about God's children. Then read what the Bible says about God's fellowship—how his children are in relationship with each other and with the Father, Son, and Spirit.
