House of David, Season 2: Trusting God in the Middle of the Storyનમૂનો

He is Mindful of You
When Saul disobeyed God, it was because he feared people more than he trusted God. He forgot that the same God who appointed him was mindful of him. David never lost that awareness. Looking at the stars, he marveled, “What is man that you are mindful of him?”
Obedience is easier when you remember that God cares for you. He knows your fears, your quirks, your insecurities, and your dreams. He hasn’t overlooked a single detail of your life. To be mindful means God’s thoughts are filled with you.
When we shrink back from obedience, it’s often because we don’t trust that God has our best in mind. But His glory and your good aren’t competing—they’re connected. What is for His glory will always be for your good.
The fear of people will make you compromise. The mindfulness of God will make you courageous.
Reflection Question: What’s one area of obedience you’ve been resisting, and how might remembering God’s mindfulness give you courage?
