Reflection:
Have you ever felt like no one notices how much you're struggling? Like you're smiling on the outside but low-key falling apart inside? You're not alone. Anxiety can make you feel invisible or like you're drowning in thoughts you can’t control. But here's the truth: God sees you. He sees the racing thoughts, the fear you try to hide, and the pressure you carry—and He cares deeply.

God isn’t distant. He’s paying attention. You don’t have to pretend with Him. When life feels too heavy, you can be 100% real with Him—no filter needed. He listens. He understands. And He’s right there, even in the silence.

Prayer:
God, sometimes I feel so overwhelmed, and I don’t even know how to explain what’s going on inside. But I’m thankful that You see me—even when no one else seems to. Help me feel Your presence and remind me that I’m not alone in this. Calm my heart and bring me peace today.

Challenge:
Find a quiet space today and take 5 minutes to just breathe. No distractions. Say this out loud: “God sees me. God is with me.” Repeat it until your heart starts to believe it.
