Bring your whole self to work?

A popular mantra in many workplaces today is the expression, "bring your whole self to work."

The idea is that, in a bid to embrace diversity and inclusion, you don't need to hide who you really are; instead, bring your whole self to work.

I love this idea because, as a Christian, my faith is at the core of who I am.

"For in Him were created all things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through Him and for Him." - Colossians 1:6 (ESV)

And it shapes everything I do, including my work.

So, how can you help foster a culture where we can bring our whole selves, not just to work, but into all our daily interactions, even when we each might have a different way of thinking about things?

That's a conversation worth having.
