This I Believe: Clarity in a Confused Cultureનમૂનો

Humanology
Why should we care about who God is? There are many reasons. Not least among them is that it ultimately reveals who we are. So what does it mean to be human? We might call this a question of ‘humanology.’
The answers of secular thinkers have left much to be desired. But Scripture tells us every person is intentionally created by the creator God. We’ve been masterfully crafted in His image, and He has breathed His life within us. We are more valuable than we could ever imagine.
Scripture also reveals our condition: That we have all fallen short of God’s perfect, righteous standard. We are sinners who need a saviour. Despite our turned backs, God’s love endures forever. The Good News is that through the death and resurrection of Jesus, our sins can be forgiven, we become a new creation, we are filled with His Spirit, and we become citizens of His kingdom.
Reflection Question:
How does the Christian view of humanity affect the way I view myself and the people around me?
