The Word of God as a Seed

The Word of God has power. It gives us all the answers to whatever we need in this life. The Word provides for all our needs.
The Word is God's “truth”.
It is His way of “communicating” with us.

But as long as the Word of God is just words printed on a thin sheet of paper, that Word does nothing at all 'in' you and 'for' you.

The Bible teaches us in Luke 8:11 that the Word of God is a “seed".

So the Bible is full of seeds.

And in every seed, there is destiny; for example, an apple seed brings forth an apple tree. The apple tree is the destination of the apple seed.

So in every 'Word of God' (which is seed) there is destiny and the potential to bring forth what this Word was given for.

Therefore, it is essential that you take it and sow it. In this Bible plan, we focus on sowing the Word of God in your heart. You can also sow it in other people's lives, but that is a subject for another plan.

If you take in the Word of God in such a way that it becomes your daily “bread,” immersing yourself completely in it and making it your own, you will renew your mind. And that's what God asks of His disciples: Not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2)
