PRAYING OVER YOUTH & EDUCATION

God has great plans for our children and the upcoming generation. Sadly, so does the Devil. Let us partner with God in prayer to see Him move in our children and this next generation. We need to see a revival in the schools. We need to pray that the lies of the enemy that he is trying to sell to this generation will be stopped and seen for what they are. We need to pray that they will turn from darkness to light. Pray for the Holy Spirit poured out powerfully on a generation that would rise up in boldness equipped with the Holy Spirit that sees God move in power (Acts 16:20). Here are some ways to pray:

• Let us pray for children to know God for themselves from a young age.
• Let us pray that as God said, He would pour out His spirit on all flesh and that your sons and daughters would prophesy that we would see that now. (Acts 2:17)
• Pray that families would pass their faith on to their children (Psalm 78:5-7; Genesis 18:19)
• Pray for a move of God in our education system. Pray that it would be marked by a move of God that passes faith in Him. (Psalm 78:5-7)
• Pray for Satan’s lies to lose their hold on them (2 Cor. 4:4; Acts 26:18)
• Pray for students to be filled with the Holy Spirit and boldness (Acts 1:8; 2:17; 4:29-31)
