Fact: Doing the right thing isn’t always easy. It can be really difficult! When we see wrongs happening in the world around us or notice hurting people, we know the right thing is to speak up and take a step for justice on their behalf. But actually doing it? Well, that takes a lot of courage! That’s where God comes in. With God’s help, doing the right thing is easier. Because God is already doing the work for justice in the world. All we have to do is lean on God’s Spirit to guide us as we step into the good work for justice, too.

Today, pray about how you can choose the right thing. Ask God to show you where you can step up and speak out. Then, pray for the courage to do it!
