Daddy sets you free

Have you ever been imprisoned in a jail? There are physical jails and there are also spiritual jails, the latter are those that have no bars but keep us prisoners of fear, pain, sin and just like physical jails, they keep us away from our loved ones and bring with them a lot of desolation.

There is a story in the Bible that I love and it is the story of Paul and Silas, two great friends who were imprisoned. The verdict for them was that they were beaten and locked in the deepest hole of the jail. Instead of lamenting, fighting or crying, they began to sing to Papa God and while they were doing so, there was a great earthquake that shook the jail, the bars opened and the prisoners were free.

Today in the middle of your "jail" decide to raise your voice, declare victory, rejoice in the promises that God has made to you, remember that faith is built not by what you see, but by what you believe (Biblical Ref. Acts 16:16-40).
