Daniel - Standing Firmનમૂનો

How should we treat others around us who live in a different way to us? It can be challenging to stand firm when everyone around us is doing something different. Maybe you’ve had to say no to being part of a sporting team because it would mean you would miss out on being in church each week. Maybe you’ve found yourself with a group of friends who choose to do something you know is wrong and you’ve had to stand firm and do what you know is right. Maybe you’ve even been treated badly because you stood firm when everyone else was doing something different. Jesus told His disciples that following Him would mean that people might treat them badly because they are witnesses for Him. Jesus assured them that God would protect them and that if they stood firm they would be blessed. As Christians we are called to live differently. We are part of God’s kingdom and that means we make choices and seek to live in a way that honors Him. God’s Word says we should stay strong, stand firm and be brave. It also says we should be loving in everything we do.
