Imagine you just bought something you really wanted, spent a lot of time saving for, and paid a lot of money to have. You’d probably take really good care of it because you paid such a high price for it, right? Well, that’s the way God sees each one of us. Jesus paid the price for us with His death and resurrection. And because of that, God wants us to treat ourselves like we have value—like we were bought at a high price. Part of that means making choices that respect and honor our bodies. The kinds of choices that show we value ourselves the way God does!

Think about one way you can value yourself this week. Then, share some of your thoughts with your small group and encourage each other to actually do the idea you each came up with!
