One of the best things we can do to help deal with temptation is to learn from those who have experienced it. Even Jesus experienced temptation while He was on Earth! Talking to someone who has faced exactly what you’re facing will not only help you know you’re not in it alone, but it will give you wisdom and support to face it yourself.

This week, ask an adult you trust to share how God helped them face temptation. Have a conversation with someone who has your back and wants to help you. And remember, you don't have to face temptation alone.
