Think about the last time you felt misunderstood. Maybe you have an interest that others don’t share, a gifting that people don’t get, or a personality that sets you apart. Whatever it is, that thing that makes you special and unique can sometimes be the thing that makes you feel different… and not in a good way! Remember that, because of Jesus, we don’t have to stay stuck in those feelings. In fact, through Jesus, victory is already ours! That means that instead of pushing away or hiding what sets us apart, we can celebrate every part of who we are. We can be confident that we have victory no matter what anyone else thinks!

Today, pray that God will remind you of your victory in Jesus, even when you feel misunderstood by others.
