Do you have nicknames—things that only your closest friends and family call you? When you hear those nicknames, you know they’re coming from someone who knows and loves you, right? Before Jesus was born, people knew what He would be called. They knew exactly what many names He would go by. And according to the Bible, the names He would be called represented the important things about who He was. They were the things that we would love about Jesus—the things that represent His love for us.
