I am Daryl Jay Kyle, singer, songwriter and producer, and I started to explore this mystery of worship. And the results will surprise you! I would like to take you on a journey. Will you join me?

This devotional inspires us to Reconsider, Refocus, and Remember - three practices and tools God gives us to help us face challenging circumstances while growing and remaining firm in our faith, instead of allowing them to distance us from our Savior.

Fasting is one of the most neglected spiritual disciplines. Even though the Bible regularly mentions this practice, many never even consider it. In this reading plan, you will look at biblical examples to discover several ways that fasting can be a powerful discipline in the Christian life. By the end of the week, you will know how and why to fast, even if you don’t have any experience.

Amid difficulty or circumstance, it is easy to lose hope. We worry and despair over what is happening, and it causes our internal compass to deviate from the source of our hope, Jesus Christ.
