Day 2 – True Beauty That Lasts

Reflection:

Studies show only a small percentage of people believe they are beautiful. That means most of us know what it feels like to compare ourselves and come up short. But God defines beauty differently. True beauty isn’t measured by appearance — it’s found in character that reflects Him. Scripture calls it “unfading beauty”: hope in God, kindness, gentleness, and love flowing outward. This kind of beauty never fades with time. When you put your hope in Jesus, He declares:

You are beautiful.

Action Step:

Take three minutes today — maybe on your commute or while you’re winding down — to breathe slowly. As you inhale, whisper “unfading beauty.” As you exhale, whisper “internally.” Or simply breathe with whatever truth God is leading you to hold onto.
