The Gift of JustificationNäide

Day 1: The Need for Justification
Scripture: Romans 3:23; Isaiah 64:6
Every human heart longs for justification — the assurance that we’re acceptable and free from guilt. Some rely on good works, others on moral living, or even on denying God altogether. But all of these fall short. Scripture tells us that “all have sinned” and that our “righteous deeds are like filthy rags.” We can’t clean ourselves up. We need God to do what we cannot.
Today’s theme connects with the track “Total Depravity” from The Gift.
Reflect:
- What do you sometimes rely on to feel “good enough”?
- How does it challenge you that only God can justify?
