Discipleship – Walking With the Master Part 2Näide

Sent in His Power
After the cross and the empty tomb, Jesus did not simply bless His followers—He commissioned them. “As the Father has sent Me, so I send you.” The call to follow becomes the mandate to go. The same Spirit who descended on Him at the Jordan now rests on you, giving boldness and authority to carry His life into every place.
Discipleship that stops at personal growth is incomplete; true disciples multiply. The Great Commission is not a distant assignment for a few missionaries—it is the natural overflow of a life transformed by His presence. Wherever you live and work, you are His witness, carrying the fragrance of Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost.
Prayer
Risen Lord, thank You for trusting me with Your mission.
Fill me afresh with the Holy Spirit and holy boldness.
Open my eyes to the people and places You are sending me, and give me courage to speak and serve in Your name. Amen
Action
Ask the Holy Spirit to bring one person to mind who needs encouragement or the gospel.
Pray for that person today and watch for a Spirit-led opportunity to share Christ’s love this week.
