Joy RulesNäide

Today’s verses shine a light on the way the church in Philippi partnered with Paul in a unique way. They gave toward this most important mission of spreading the good news of Jesus in very tangible ways.
Can you sense the spirit of partnership and mutual concern in Paul’s words? These believers in Jesus are connected by a purpose and a mission to share the Good News. They are in this together!
Do you feel connected to this same mission? Do you feel connected to others who have this hope? Take a moment and think about specific people who you might name as teammates and partners in your spiritual journey. Ask God to help you see the larger mission and effort that you are a part of.
Practice: Who is someone who has been generous to you recently? Has someone given you a gift, reached out to you with encouragement, or offered you help? Reach out to them and tell them thank you.
