Note to Self: Helpful Reminders for Healthier RelationshipsNäide

Reminder 4: Speak Life
The people around you are constantly shaped by your words—what you say, as well as how you say it. A well-timed compliment or kind word can build bridges, strengthen trust, and speak love in ways that go deeper than you realize.
We all have the power to speak encouragement into someone’s day. It might seem small, but over time, positive words can lay the framework of safety and connection that every relationship needs.
Reflect:
- Who in your life needs to hear words of encouragement, affection, or support more often?
- What's one thing you can say to them today?
Pray: Jesus, help me use my words to build up the people I love. When I don’t know what to say, help me to notice the areas where they might need encouragement. Amen.
