Living by the Spirit is about allowing God’s presence to guide us in every aspect of our lives. The Holy Spirit empowers us to live differently—not according to our impulses, but according to God’s will.
The fruits of the Spirit are a picture of the kind of life that grows from being connected to Jesus. They’re not something we can manufacture on our own. They’re the natural result of walking with God daily. Love, joy, peace, and patience are the qualities that emerge as we allow the Spirit to shape us. When we walk in the Spirit, we move in the direction of God’s heart, and our lives begin to reflect his love and grace to the world around us.
