HABITS: Becoming Who God Made You to BeNäide

Day 6 | Step Into Leadership
Big Idea: Leadership is not about you—it’s about others.
Leadership isn’t about position—it’s about influence. And you already have influence. People are watching how you speak, act, love, and live. Paul tells Timothy not to let his age hold him back. Instead, he urges him to lead by example—through his words, faith, and character.
Leadership also means putting others first. In Philippians, Timothy is praised because he genuinely cared for others, unlike many around him. That’s what sets a Christ-like leader apart—humility, compassion, and intentionality.
You don’t need a title to lead. You just need to show up, care deeply, and reflect Jesus in the way you live.
Challenge:
Think of one area where you have influence (friends, family, team, class). This week, lead by example. Be the one who encourages, serves, or includes others.
