Let's Talk About...How to Use Your TalentsNäide

When was the last time someone helped you out? I would assume that afterward you were left with gratitude for that person and their ability. Whenever we use our gifts and talents for the sake of others it leaves a mark. If you truly want to influence others, don’t seek the spotlight for yourself by showing them how great you can be, but shine a flashlight on others elevating them into who they are. Are you great with writing? Send someone an encouraging note. Do you excel at a sport? Help one of your friends to learn one of your skills. Or maybe you’ve been gifted with empathy and kindness. Find someone who could use a dose of your gift and provide them with some unexpected kindness. We all have opportunities to use our strengths for the benefit of others, not ourselves. This is how you can be “faithful” today.
