Salvation through Jesus

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

John 14:6

Lord Jesus,

My son will wrestle with many choices for coping with sin and pain in this world. Give him faith to believe that Jesus is our only hope for salvation. Let him commit his way to following You. Enable him to understand Your Word so he can know what’s true. Protect him when he’s tempted to trust in his own strength or false gods instead of You alone. Use him to point the way to God for those who are lost. Amen.
