Did you know that there is a connection between remembering something and writing things down? It reinforces your memory and can even help you understand things better. While we are trying to memorize scripture, that can be a game changer.
Write this verse on a piece of paper or in a journal. Grab a pencil with a good eraser, then write out this scripture and read it out loud. Each day, come back to it, erase one word, and recite it again, saying that one word from memory. Continue until you’ve erased the whole thing and can remember the whole verse.
