We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodNäide

Day 88 of 365
In Deuteronomy 15, God instructs Israel to live with open hands, releasing debts and showing kindness to those in need. This call to generosity isn’t just an action; it’s a lifestyle that mirrors God’s abundant love. The Holy Spirit teaches us that true generosity comes from a heart transformed by God’s grace. Living generously requires us to trust that God is our provider, freeing us from fear and enabling us to give with joy and compassion.
In Luke 5, Jesus provides an overflowing catch of fish for Peter, demonstrating God’s limitless provision. The Spirit reminds us that God’s blessings are meant to be shared, flowing through us to meet the needs of others.
Today, ask the Spirit to cultivate a generous heart within you. Let Him guide you to live with open hands, trusting that as you give freely, God will continually supply your every need in His abundant grace.
