We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodNäide

Day 109 of 365
In Judges 13, God calls Samson before he is even born, setting him apart to be a deliverer for Israel. Although Samson’s journey is marked by both triumphs and struggles, his story reveals that strength comes through obedience to God’s call. The Holy Spirit teaches us that true strength isn’t merely physical; it’s the courage to walk in obedience, even when it’s difficult. In obedience, we find the power to overcome challenges, grounded in God’s unwavering faithfulness.
In Luke 15, Jesus speaks of a shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one lost sheep. This act of love shows God’s relentless pursuit of each of us. The Spirit empowers us to stay faithful, knowing that even when we stray, God calls us back with love and compassion.
Today, ask the Spirit to help you walk in strength through obedience. Surrender any resistance to His call and trust that in following Him, you will find a strength that sustains you, a strength that is rooted in God’s faithful love and pursuit of you.
