A Year in Luke/ActsNäide

Jesus is here to form a new, alternative people of God who respond to his invitation by repenting and by practising radical generosity and serving the poor. God’s view of the outsiders is as sons and daughters being reclaimed from death. N.T. Wright said, “Where resurrection is occurring - where new life is bursting out all around - it is not only appropriate, it is necessary to celebrate.” (Luke For Everyone, p190.)
