It's not always easy to know how to talk to God. But when we aren't sure how to pray, the Bible gives us words we can say. Today we're going to practice praying God's words.

Think about what it would look like to talk to Jesus about our challenges. What does it mean to you that Jesus knows what we're going through? With that in mind, try turning this passage into a prayer. Write it down, and pray those words as you write.
