• What do you think can be learned from Elizabeth's response to seeing Mary?

NOW WHAT? What should I do about it?

• When was a moment you felt a friend or family member was excited to see you? How did this feel?
• Who's someone that could use you cheering for them today? What's a way you can show them you care?
• Who are people in your life you feel like you can turn to? What would it look like to thank them for being there for you?
