RestartNäide

Want an easy-to-remember way to read and study the Bible? No matter which passage of Scripture you're reading, ask yourself these three questions: "What?" "So What?" "Now What?" We'll show you how!
WHAT? What is this passage about?
In this passage, how did David fail God, himself, and the people he was in charge of leading?
SO WHAT? Why does it matter?
- Why do you think this story is included in the Bible?
- What risks do you think the prophet Nathan took by standing up to David? Why do you think Nathan did it anyway?
NOW WHAT? What should I do about it?
- Has anyone ever confronted you about a mistake you made? What happened, and what did you learn?
- If someone confronted you right now, like Nathan confronted David, how would you respond and why?
- What are three things you could do to become more open to correction when you've made a mistake?
About this Plan

In video games, when you face challenges and make mistakes there's always the option to start over. In real life, it's not so easy to recover, but Jesus gives us a chance to restart — no matter how difficult our circumstances. In this 4-week devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we'll look at people who needed God's help to give them a restart and discover how to trust God's promises.
