Day 4: Bright Future

“My God is on my side

And my future is bright”

I must say these two lines are huge affirmations for me because when I’m going through a difficult time, it can be challenging to believe that God is indeed on my side and that I have a bright future ahead. Nevertheless, scripture tells us that God is with us and for us. He is a faithful God and never leaves us nor forsakes us. These truths are comforting for me, and I hope they are for you too.

When you are feeling alone, tell yourself, “God is on my side.” When you are feeling worried and hopeless, proclaim, “My future is bright.” I recommend saying these affirmations repeatedly to encourage your faith, and remember to keep breathing because God is still working.

Prayer point:

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for always being with me. Thank you for never leaving me nor forsaking me. Help me to remember that you are on my side and have created a bright future for me. Bless me to become everything you created me to be. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
