Saved by GraceNäide

By Grace not by Works
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 (ESV).
We are saved by God’s grace. We cannot earn salvation by our good works. Salvation is a gift that we receive by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Today let us consider the gift of salvation received through faith - it is undeserved and unearned. In what ways can you embrace the gift of salvation more fully, trusting God’s grace rather than relying on your own efforts?
Prayer: Father God, I am so grateful for the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. I did not earn it and I do not deserve your salvation, but I receive it as a gift through faith in Jesus Christ. Help me to surrender my whole life to you, to stop striving and trust in your grace. In Jesus name, Amen.
