Pause: A Month of Prayer in Five Minutes a DayNäide

Proclaim
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” (Phil. 4:6)
Prompt
When Jesus wanted to show us how to pray, He gave us the perfect template - what has become known as The Lord’s Prayer.
Since then, The Lord’s Prayer has become a collective prayer that gets prayed aloud in thousands and thousands of churches, AA clubhouses, and jail cells every day!
If you’re ever stuck and can’t figure out how to pray or what to pray for, you can always turn to The Lord’s Prayer to pour out your heart to the Lord and seek His work in your life.
Prod
Listen to today’s song and meditate on the different parts of The Lord’s Prayer.
Praise
Listen to “Our Father” by Bethel Music
Pray
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
