A Lifetime Journey
The Christian life is a marathon, not a sprint. If you're on this journey with God, this is a lifetime journey.
And we cannot rely on our feelings. We must build our spiritual lives on what is true.
Think of a runner. As you run, you go through every single emotion…energy and exhaustion, doubt, hope, frustration, and excitement. Persevere, my friend. Don't build your journey on how you feel today. Feelings come and go. Build your spiritual life on the unchanging truths found in the Word of God. His promises, His teaching, the promise of His presence, and His help.
Listen to this: He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.
Always remember, there is hope with God.

With Jesus Christ, change is possible.
