Have you ever Googled your symptoms when you have a bug bite? A quick Google search can seem to be the help we think we need — but at times, looking for help there can only leave us feeling more helpless. Finding out a mild mosquito bite could be a terminal illness can only lead to more questions!

No matter what situation we find ourselves in, we can receive help when needed. One thing we can trust is God's ability to always protect us. As the author of this Psalm mentions, God can give us a place of safety and security. Even in our darkest moments, we can look to God.
