Loneliness is not something we like to talk about, but it's a reality. I think it's safe to say that everyone has experienced some kind of loneliness in this life. The worst part about feeling lonely is thinking that no one notices or cares about us. Is it because we feel like we don't have anyone to talk to, or maybe we feel like no one will ever understand us?

One of the main principles of the Christian faith is that Jesus is always with us, and we're never truly alone. So why do we still feel alone? Whether it's because you are going through a difficult situation or you find yourself scrolling social media more, comparing your life to others. Jesus told us to take heart because we're going to experience things the way they weren't meant to be at times. When we feel alone, he reminds us he has overcome the situations that leave us hopeless.
