Year of the Bible: Part One of TwelveNäide

The Serpent and the Woman Talk with Each Other.
Stop here and read today's scriptures.
In this passage, Satan calls God's intentions and character into question. Doubt is a common human experience, and giving our doubts and fears to God can be a great way to worship Him.
Question: Imagine you were nearby in the garden, and you overheard this conversation. What would you say to the serpent and the woman? Have you heard the enemy say, "Did God really say...." about things in your own life? Did you doubt what God had spoken to you because you heard this doubtful thought? Next time you are tempted to doubt God's goodness, what truths can you use to combat the doubt?
Prayer Focus: We were designed to bring glory to God and to know and enjoy Him. Talk to Him honestly about your fears and doubts and invite Him to teach you new ways to think about Him.
