Women of the Christmas Story - Part 2Näide

Mary knows God has done something special in her. She knows she is having his Son. And while she probably feels unworthy and perhaps too insignificant to be used by God in such a way, she trusts in him.
She praises God for who he is and what he has done and will do for generations.
I am certain this was not an easy situation for Mary. Yet she trusts in who she knows God to be—mighty, merciful, just, and a keeper of his promises. Mary knew he had a plan.
Through knowing God and trusting in him, her burdens are eased. The Bible demonstrates the character and traits of God. As we get to know God more fully through reading the Bible, we can likewise trust and rely on him more fully.
Question
Do you feel you know, and/or can trust God?
Prayer
God, help us to know you more fully, to understand your ways, and to trust in you.
