30-Second Spark 3Näide

3. Broken Promises
When Moses told the Hebrews all the Lord’s words, they vowed in unison, “Everything the Lord has said, we will do! We will obey!”
Within 40 days, they made and worshipped a golden calf idol. Breaking the first and second commandments had a domino effect.
Their blatant disobedience and broken promise provoked God’s anger. He was ready to blot them out! Although Moses pleaded with God to forgive their sin of idolatry, they still suffered both immediate and future consequences for their rebellion.
Let’s be people of God who always reject idols and only worship the one true God.
