From Beginning To End - Quarter 3Näide

With Absalom dead, David’s kingdom needs to be rebuilt. He does not even have the time to mourn his son. David’s response helps us understand how God feels about people who reject Him. In Ezekiel 18:23 it says, “’Do you think that I like to see wicked people die?’ says the Sovereign Lord. ‘Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live.’” God loves everyone just like a good father loves all of His children, even those who cause Him pain.

About this Plan

This is part three of a four-part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one story from beginning to end of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
