Spirit Breakout: The Impact of RevivalMuestra

Repentance: The Greek Word “Metanoia” Means to Change the Mind
Repentance is less about the feeling and more about the action that feeling produces. It’s often said that an apology without changed behavior is manipulation. How often do we feel sorry in a moment, but never take the next step to correct our behavior? True revival shines light on areas where we may be missing the mark. Revival should create a desire for us to change our minds about doing, saying, or thinking things that do not bring glory to God. Repentance does not have to be some grand display, because ultimately it is a shift in our heart's posture. When we come into the authentic Presence of God, change is inevitable if we desire it, but it does not stop there. Change must be maintained. That can be done by committing daily to strengthening our new mindset through prayer, consecration, and reading the Word of God. The wind of revival first comes to correct and cleanse us so that we can fulfill the purpose God has set for us.
Prayer:
Abba, thank you for the sacrifice that you gave in your son Jesus that allows us to come directly to you. Thank you for giving me the desire to draw even closer to you. Father, I pray that you will give me a clean heart, renew a right spirit in me, and refresh my mind. I ask that you search me and if you find anything in me that’s not pleasing to you, that you allow the fire of the Holy Spirit to consume it. I pray that you disconnect me from anything or anyone that is not conducive to your plan for my life. I declare that through you I am free, and I will walk in that freedom. Amen

Acerca de este Plan

When the wind of revival flows there is a refreshing that washes over the earth. It brings with it a renewal of our thinking, our actions, and our heart's posture. In a day and age where there seems to be a flood of negativity and infiltration of the enemy's plans, revival reminds us that God was, is, and always will be in control.
