God loves us and provides for our every need, but we don’t always see it. When we prayerfully reflect, our eyes are often opened to things for which we owe God a great big “thank you.” 

In today’s story, Jesus performed a miracle that was hard to miss! People were not only amazed by Jesus’ power, but also by His love and God-given authority. 

The miracle of raising a child back to life was obviously very dramatic and public, but most of the things Jesus did were private and quiet. He rescued people, and families were changed as those people changed the direction of their lives. 

When you submit to God’s will and plan for your life, you become an agent of change so big you’ll never be able to keep track of it. Are you someone God can use to make a lasting impact?
