Dear Church Wanderer,نموونە

Dear Church Wanderer,

ڕۆژی3 لە 4

Did yesterday’s message stir up resistance? Maybe that’s the very reason you left church. Perhaps you were disappointed by people’s choices or by leaders’ behavior. Often, disappointment is what drives us away. And I get it: “If believers can act like that, then I’m done.”

Pain, bitterness, and resentment harden around your heart like stone. But this isn’t what Jesus desires. God looks at your heart. How is your heart toward those who hurt you? And how do their failures compare to your own imperfections? No one is perfect.

Sometimes, you truly have been wronged. Yet even in injustice, I want to encourage you toward forgiveness. Like Jesus was towards us. As hard as it may be.

Pray today’s psalm in your heart. Invite God to show you where your heart has turned to stone. Forgiveness isn’t easy. It's a process. But it’s also the key to receiving it yourself.

Dear Church Wanderer,

I often meet people who say: “I believe in God, but the church…? That’s not for me.” Sometimes, I recognize that myself too. Yet the question remains: can faith exist apart from community, or are we stronger together? This reading plan is a letter to you. Not to convince you, but to invite you on a journey. Together we’ll explore whether the church, with all its flaws, could still be a home for you.
