Walking Daily with God
John 15:4-5
4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Devotional Thought:
Staying close to Jesus is the key to a thriving spiritual life. Like a branch stays connected to a vine, you were made to remain in Him. This isn’t about checking off spiritual boxes. It’s about relationship. When you're connected, you bear fruit. When you're distant, things dry up. Start with small daily steps, God will meet you there.
Reflection Questions:
- What does "remaining in Jesus" look like in your everyday life?
- What small habit can you begin to build that keeps you connected to Him?
Prayer Prompt:
Jesus, help me stay close to You today. Teach me how to walk with You moment by moment.
