Throughout his letter to the Ephesians, Paul has been giving the church practical guidance on how to become new in Jesus. He encourages them not to be foolish in their thoughts and behavior, but to invite God’s presence into their lives:

You could play a favorite song from church in the car and sing along in worship. Singing helps connect our physical body with our hearts, mind and soul.
